Workstreams are awesome, let's see how you can utilize them !

Circle maps to a DAO. Circles come with Guild integration to role gate your workspace, Gnosis integration to facilitate crypto payments using Gnosis Safe, Discord integration to import roles, channels & enable notifications, GitHub integration to link pull requests & so on. You can create a Circle on Spect & invite your peers to join the Circle.

Similarly, Workstreams are Circles inside the Parent Circles. Workstream can map to sub-DAOs or Guilds based on your use case. You can group Projects, Forms, Workstreams on the Overview page of the Circle / Workstream. See the example given below which fits perfectly for Grant Management.
