Why doesn't my Discord channel show up when I try to share the form?
This is most likely because the Discord channel is set to 'Private' & the Spect bot doesn't have permissions to view the channel.
To resolve this, 
Go on the Discord channel settings.
For the Spect bot to be able to view the channel, either set the channel to "Public" or explicitly click "Add members or roles" and add the Spect bot.

When I try to share a form on Discord, it says "Missing Permissions". Why?
Sharing a form with the Spect bot requires the bot to have the "Send Message" permission. Please give the Spect bot permissions to send messages like shown below.
