Soulbound Tokens for Responders

You can send kudos to responders who have successfully filled up your form

Click form settings on your form builder
Form Settings
Click Send Kudos in the General tab in Form Settings

Fill in your Mintkudos Community ID and API Key. If you don't have one, get yours at Mintkudos' Discord server. 
Mintkudos Integration
Once you've entered the Minkudos credentials, you should see another modal pop up where you can add a custom design and headline to your soulbound token. Finally, when you're ready, click "Send Kudos to Responders"
